Garden May 2016

My dad decided that we needed a tiller so we could have a great garden. This will be the spring one and we plan to plant a fall garden also.

I am a child of the most high God, a wife, a mother, a hobby farmer, and a wholesome lifestyle enthusiast. I live in a small town in the Ozarks, where everyone knows everyone else and I just happen to be related to everyone that lives in this small town. I try to lead a simple life and enjoy the little blessings as well as the awesome miracles that surround my family. My immediate family consists of my husband, daughter, mother, father, 2 dogs, 4 cats, and 10 chickens. My extended family is much larger! I love anything to do with God, family, and the great outdoors. I have had many ups and downs in this life, but I am a blessed child of God and am always looking for a way to poor into someone else’s life! I am a work in progress and try my very best to be the woman that God wants me to be.

My name is Alle and I am a small town country girl who lives in an equally small town in the south. I am married to a former marine who puts up with my loony antics, we have 2 beautiful daughters we would do anything for, and we live on a modest homestead specializing in as organic as possible animals and produce.

I started a blog in hopes of reaching people with the thoughts rolling around in my head and the words that the Lord shares with my heart. Some days it may be crazy animals, and others may be a heartfelt confession. Either way, I hope my words are able to bring a smile or touch a heart that needs whatever I can offer.
